I Accepted an Invitation, but I Don't See Any Projects.

Your profile is likely incomplete. Users are not able to access a project until email notifications are validated. This is because communication is an important part of the portal’s functionality.

  1. Click "Profile and Settings" and enter your preferred email address for notification alerts.
  2. Check your email inbox to find an email from CITAP asking you to verify your email address.
  3. After verifying, you can log in to the portal at https://citap.gov/ and select "Projects" from the menu bar.
