Managing Project Members

Once a project is submitted to the portal, a CITAP administrator is alerted.

  • Administrators will assign a primary reviewer to the project.

    • Administrators can view all activity in the portal, including comments and attachments made by any user.
    • Primary reviewers will invite secondary reviewers.
    • Primary reviewers can view all activity in the portal including comments and attachments made by any user.
  • Secondary reviewers may invite other secondary reviewers.
    • Secondary reviewers cannot view attachments uploaded by other secondary reviewers.
  • Project proponents may invite other project proponents.
    • Project proponents cannot view attachments or comments made by secondary reviewers.

To add a user:

  1. Open the project you'd like to invite another user to from the "Project Dashboard" page.
  2. Using the left navigation panel navigate to the "Project Team" page.
  3. Type in the contact’s email address and click "Invite." This will send email to the contact inviting them to create a profile in the CITAP Portal, if they haven't already, and access the project. 
  4. If a user does not accept the invitation within 10 days, it will expire and they will need to be reinvited to the project.

User Viewing Access:

    • Project proponents cannot view attachments or comments made by secondary reviewers.
