Who Can View My Activities?

• Administrators and primary reviewers can view all activity in the portal including comments and attachments made by any user.
• Secondary reviewers cannot view attachments uploaded by other secondary reviewers.
• Project proponents cannot view attachments or comments made by secondary reviewers.
