How Do I Change My Email?
You can change the notification email address at any time.
- Open the portal and sign in.
- Click the icon in the upper right corner to open the "Profile and Settings" page.
- Scroll down to the "Notification Settings" section.
- Type in a new email address in the “Notifications Email” field.
- Check your email inbox and respond to the verification email.
Troubleshooting: If you see your personal email in the CITAP portal, you will need to update it to your work email to be able access your projects.
