How Do I Change My CITAP Notifications Email?
Troubleshooting: If you see your personal email in the CITAP portal, you'll need to go to Login.gov to update to your work email. Check out the Connecting Login.gov to CITAP article to get started.
- Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen to open the Profile and Settings page.
- Scroll down to the Notification Settings section.
- Click the edit icon (✎) next to your current email address to unlock the field.
- Type your new email address into the Notifications Email field.
